So I’ve been with my Mike Hart for several years now. I first joined up recently, after moving to Richardson and being signed up with liberty mutual for home insurance. I will say I did not have a good experience with liberty mutual and that’s why I looked for other people. I asked a neighbor and they recommended Mike Hart. It’s just awesome because it feels like a very family oriented business. I believe a handful of his children worked there with him and all share his values. I will say I recently went through a pretty traumatic car crash, where my vehicle was totaled, and Mike and his team were very very excellent. Also, the coverages I have are awesome and the longer you are with them they definitely show their loyalty to you through some pretty awesome discounts. I grew up in a small town in New Mexico and this business has the same sort of small town vibe, which makes me gravitate to them and I’m gonna be there as long as I live in Richardson .

Nate was awesome. He spent time explaining everything to me, answered all my questions, and provided me the information I needed to make an informed and knowledge based decision. MOST importantly, I never felt pressured and he kept every commitment he made with follow up and remained in communication with me at all times. BEST insurance experience ever (and that is saying a lot).
